Our design restaurant which is situated on the second floor, has a capacity up to 90 seats. It is practically divided into the front part and back part, which can be used separately or simultaneously, both for private and corporate events, parties and celebrations. The brasserie with its own microbrewery and brewing located next to the bar on the ground floor is also divided into two parts - front, entrance area is suitable for standing with a beer or something sharper from the bar or just fast food. In the back you can find a pleasant sitting with the possibility to look into the open kitchen. Running a successful restaurant is not easy. Especially when everything takes place in a place that has a rich history. During the First Republic, the U Tomana House housed the renowned pastry shop and café, where beer was served as in the first Brno café. After 1948 the company was nationalized and changed its name to Café Nitra. The legacy of Toman was lost, but the enthusiasm for the good thing remained. Not only that the every night full brasserie and restaurant proves success, but also the Gold Medal from the Beer Seal in 2020 competition that our 10 ° won. In the kitchen we pride ourselves with quality ingredients. We choose our suppliers carefully and our wish is to offer you the perfect experience which is combined with honest work of our chefs and award-winning brewers.
